We will join Lorriane Case who has been processing chickens for decades. She will take us through the process of butchering a chicken. We will cover all aspects of moving the chicken from the coop to the freezer.

If this is your first time attending a barter-based class, note that attendees are encouraged to bring an item(s) to offer in exchange for the knowledge shared in addition to any supplies required for the class.
